All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated. Due to health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we generally do not accept returns on cannabis or CBD products once they have been purchased.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
Upon review, we may offer:

- Store credit
- A refund (at our discretion)
